FAQ

Q: How do you keep your deliveries safe?

In addition to our usual strict health and safety measures, we have implemented additional food safety guidelines set out by the World Health Organisation and Victorian State Government Health Department. There is currently no evidence that food is a likely source or route of transmission (DHS, Victoria State Government), however we have informed staff on proper hand washing, cough etiquette, close contact minimisation strategies, and have implemented regular sanitisation of our stores. We are taking zero chances during this time of crisis.

In addition, we have strong experience in handling large volume catering deliveries and will ensure all home deliveries are safe and timely. In addition we closely monitor food temperatures throughout the entire delivery process.

Q: Is your food good quality?

We are blessed to be working with some of the most reputable local suppliers of fresh meat and produce in Melbourne. All of our products are restaurant-quality and the current crisis has not affected any of our strict quality standards. We will continue to closely inspect food quality on a daily basis. You can see all of our suppliers here.

Q: How far can you deliver?

Our current delivery radius is 30km from Melbourne CBD and we are working on expanding this radius.

Q: How long does delivery take?

Delivery will take place on Tuesday and Fridays. Orders must be placed at least 3 days prior due to high demand on delivery drivers.

Q: How are you?

We're very well thanks for asking! It is a very tough time for small businesses around Australia but we're seeing amazing love from our community and trust that we can make it through this together. #weareopennow #weareinthistogether :)
